Hello! I visited your hotel on 20th may. I enjoyed it very much! I was impressed by the quality of the bedding. I wonder which firm of orthopedic bedding increases the comfort of your hotel. Please let me know. I would like to buy one for myself. Guest from Tatarstan, Zulfiya!!

I am not a frequent guest of Rostov, but after the visit of “Hermitage” hotel I will come to this city more often. I want to mention the work of staff responsible for cleanliness and order in the hotel. Good luck and soon completion of construction of the restaurant and conference hall.

Rostov is a charming city, quite different from the glamour and frenzy of Moscow. Here, people are friendly, the climate is milder, and the atmosphere is more relaxed. More green space, more fresh air. And Rostov seems more «Russian» in the seize that one can observe the daily activities of regular people-their work in business, relaxing on a park bench, strolling by the rives, teaching their children. Moscow is international, the seat of government, the New-York of Russia-more international then domestic.
I tried two hotels here-Don Plaza and Hermitage. Don Plaza is large, moss produced, and relatively impersonal. It is efficiently sun and the stuff are friendly, but they want to go out of their way to solve a problem and the rooms are colorless. Hermitage does not have the breadth of the Plaza, but it is personal, unique, decorative, and comfortable, peaceful and honey. The stuff is extremely helpful and being there is like inhaling fresh air after the noise of traffic and the grime of busy streets. Each room and floor has its individual character. Being new, the best materials are used, down to the enveloping foam of the mattresses, at once soft and supportive.
