In accordance with the Decree of the Rostov Region Government dated April 05, 2020 No. 272, from 04th of December 2021, government regulations state all guests checking-in hotels and for visiting restaurants must provide either a Covid-19 vaccination certificate, proof of recovery (issued no longer than six months prior to arrival), or a certified medical document confirming the existence of medical contraindications for vaccination against a new coronavirus infection with a negative PCR test (done no longer than 48 hours prior to arrival).

If guests do not have one of the three above-mentioned documents with them, we will have to refuse in accommodation or providing F&B services.
